• Every CMY Medical Housecall and Home Care Nurse must demonstrate a high degree of clinical competence.
• Every CMY Medical Housecall and Home Care Nurse must have a work-life balance.
• Every CMY Medical Housecall and Home Care Nurse must observe punctuality and Strict Handover Times.
• CMY Medical aims to provide Continuing Nursing Education on all aspects of home care in order to maintain our clinical standards.
• For foreign nurses, CMY Medical will assist to provide residential quarters at discounted pricing should you require a place to stay.

Pre-Requisites for the Home Care Nurse applicant:

• You must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Your Practicing Certificate must be produced during the Entry Interview.
• You must attend all the required number of interviews.
• You must successfully complete and pass the Clinical Assessment which comprise of a one hour Theory Test followed by a Practical Paper. Sample Questions can be attempted via the link below.

Salary:

• Salary offers will depend on your entry nursing grade and performance during the interviews and Clinical Assessment.
• Performance for the Clinical Assessment will have the greatest impact on salary offers.
